EMCON RECEIVES ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION

OTTAWA, ONTARIO-SEPTEMBER 26, 2005-EMCON Emanation Control Limited (EMCON) is proud to announce it has received certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard for Quality Management, following a comprehensive, company-wide audit by the Canadian General Standards Board.

The Company’s certification applies to design and development, product realization, sales and service.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer of standards. ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that gives requirements for an organization’s Quality Management System.

EMCON was first registered to ISO 9002 in November, 1993.
